BKWRD is committed to transparency and participant safety. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
Once a BKWRD product has been shipped, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
This policy exists for important reasons:

BKWRD products are consumable and ingestible

Once shipped, we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, or tampering

Accepting returns could pose health and safety risks to other participants

BKWRD operates as a pilot research program, not a retail supplement company
For these reasons, returned products cannot be resold, reused, or redistributed.
Subscription Charges
By enrolling in a BKWRD subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges at the disclosed rate.

Subscription fees are non-refundable

Charges already processed will not be reversed

You may cancel future shipments at any time before the next billing cycle
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for prior payments.
Testing Fees
Epigenetic testing fees (including TruDiagnostic testing) are non-refundable, as test kits are ordered, allocated, or processed specifically for each participant.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in the event of:

Duplicate charges due to billing error

Failure to ship due to internal processing error
Any approved exception is issued at BKWRD’s sole discretion.
