All BKWRD orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and enrollment is confirmed.
Because BKWRD operates a pilot-based, subscription program, certain orders (including initial enrollment kits) may require verification or coordination with third-party testing providers prior to shipment.
Shipping Methods & Timing
BKWRD currently ships orders within the United States only.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary based on carrier, location, weather conditions, or external delays outside our control.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Subscription Shipments
For participants enrolled in a recurring monthly program:

Products are shipped automatically according to the subscription schedule.

Monthly shipments are typically processed every 28–30 days following your initial order.

Changes to shipping address must be made at least 5 business days prior to the next billing date.
TruDiagnostic Test Kits
If your enrollment includes epigenetic testing:

Test kits may be fulfilled and shipped by TruDiagnostic, a third-party laboratory partner.

Shipping timelines for test kits may differ from BKWRD product shipments.

BKWRD is not responsible for shipping delays once the test kit has been transferred to the testing provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Certain subscription tiers or promotions may include free shipping, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Incorrect or Delayed Shipments
